Further was born out of the movement and community that was built through Red Bull Amaphiko, a global programme that enabled social entrepreneurs to create sustainable change in their communities.

The programme launched in 2014 in South Africa, grew to 15 countries around the world and developed 160 high potential social entrepreneurs through 9 Academies on 4 continents, with a 75% sustainability rate of the programme ventures.

Having developed Amaphiko from concept to scale, the founding team of Further are continuing to support the Red Bull fellows, and are now applying their experience and know-how to assist other impact-focused corporations, foundations and development partners with the design and implementation of their programmes.

Our goal is to help build stronger entrepreneurs who build stronger communities. At the heart of our approach to development is the belief that the people closest to the problem should be the people closest to the solution.

We aim to build a pipeline of purpose-driven change makers who are equipped with the capacity and resilience to achieve their full potential, and who are enabled to make a significant and sustainable impact in their communities and in the world.
