Founded by Nathalie Teixeira, Convert the Dirt reduces food waste and improves farming conditions. Nathalie, who has a background in compost consulting, focuses on using regenerative farming practices and upcycling waste to create compost that benefits both the environment and agriculture. Over the next few years, she plans to expand operations, create a national mentorship programme, provide training and employment, as well as develop sustainable revenue by partnering with food waste producers and selling compost and soil amendments.
