Madame Clucks Alot is a sustainable farming business that grows organic crops and teaches people how to farm using regenerative, eco-friendly methods. Founded by Ntobeko Mafu, the business helps individuals build food security and generate an income by providing training in natural farming techniques, like composting, water-efficient irrigation, and using organic fertilisers made from chicken manure. Since launching, Madame Clucks Alot has fed over 3 000 families and trained more than 65 individuals in organic farming and free-range poultry skills. Of those trained, 15% have already transitioned into sustainable farming. Through this model, Madame Clucks Alot reduces food waste, supports the green economy, and empowers communities to grow their own nutritious food sustainably.
